The company Manuel Marques, Lda. sells selected codfish at its origin, mainly from Iceland and Norway, which is dried in greenhouses, following the traditional tanning rules of the old Portuguese codfish fleet. In this way, a genuine Portuguese product is guaranteed - the codfish - with the true flavour of tradition. The operations of manufacture, treatment and handling of fish are carried out internally, within the standards of hygiene and quality, permanently accompanied by those responsible for the company. Finally, the codfish is packaged in several sizes, followed for commercialization, either in the national market or for export.
