THE JOURNEY
FROM THE SOURCE TO US...

Codfish is a completely wild species. Gadus Morhua, its true species, has an average lifespan of 16 to 20 years, reaching up to 100 kg in weight and 2 meters in length.

MAINLY SOURCED FROM
ICELAND AND NORWAY,

where upon its arrival in Portugal, the Codfish is stored in maturation chambers for several months. This ensures a genuinely Portuguese product – Codfish – with the authentic taste of tradition.

Finally, the Codfish is packaged in various sizes and prepared for commercialization, both in the domestic market and for export. With the support of all our partners, we continue to be a benchmark in the Codfish processing industry.
